At Chapter One, award-winning food, impeccable service, and meticulous attention to detail are at the heart of our dining experience. From first-class dining in the Restaurant to informal eating in the Brasserie, cocktails at the Bar, and intimate evenings on the Terrace.

We love sharing our passion for food and wine and regularly host special events, culinary experiences, and our famous Wine Club.

Open Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner and Sundays for lunch.

The Restaurant at Chapter One offers a fine dining experience in a stylish and sophisticated setting. Our menu changes regularly to showcase our chefs’ creativity and cooking flair. We use exceptional seasonal and British ingredients sourced from our network of high-end suppliers to bring outstanding quality and flavour to every dish.

The three-course a la carte menu is available for lunch and dinner and on Wednesday – Saturday lunchtime, there is a Menu Du Jour for three courses.

Outstanding Brasserie dishes served in a relaxed setting.

Our informal Brasserie dining experience allows you to enjoy Chapter One’s award-winning cuisine in a more relaxed setting.

Andrew McLeish and his team have created a tempting menu of classic brasserie dishes like Maldon Rock Oysters, Chicken Milanese, outstanding prime cuts cooked on the Josper Grill, and indulgent desserts.

The extensive drinks list includes Chapter One signature and seasonal cocktails created by our bar team.

THE TERRACE AT CHAPTER ONE

Our all-year-round entertaining space features a striking retractable roof to create an inviting, outdoor-style experience, whatever the weather.

During the warmer months, the roof is open to allow for natural sunlight and plenty of fresh air, and in winter, when the roof is closed, the space is light and bright. In the evening, when the stars and moonlight shine overhead, comfortable, luxurious seating enhances a distinctively intimate feel.

The Restaurant and Brasserie menu is available when you book a table on the Terrace.

Our private dining room is located on the first floor and has its own cloakroom and bar. This elegant entertaining space is ideal for private parties, wedding receptions, and corporate events for up to 50 guests.
