We have a new diary of Cookery Master-classes for 2016. Chef Patron, Andy McLeish has put together a series of events, adding some new courses to the list which includes the art of creating the perfect Traditional Raised Game Pie and a class dedicated to Perfecting Knife Skills in the kitchen.

Demonstration class only
During this class attendees will learn how to make a number of simple and tasty canapés that will certainly impress friends and family. A five course tasting menu will be served at 8pm paired with wine.
