GOOD FRIDAY TASTING MENU
We're kicking off the Easter celebrations with a fish-themed feast for foodies. Irresistible temptations include a wonderfully piquant bouillabaisse, sublime treacle-cured salmon, divine deep-fried herring melt with risotto and delicious line-caught wild sea bass. Six courses plus coffee and petits fours for just £55 pp (available for dinner only). You can also add a glass of perfectly matched wine with each course for just £20 per person.
LAMB - AN EASTER CLASSIC
Our Easter Weekend special features a great British favourite - roast saddle of lamb. We've partnered it with another seasonal delicacy, flavoursome English asparagus, not to mention some exquisite morel mushrooms to add to the attraction. Bring the family for a superb lunch or dinner experience and enjoy this seasonal dish.
CELEBRATE WITH A FABULOUSLY FRUITY COCKTAIL
Try one of our Easter Berry cocktails, bursting with the distilled essence of succulent soft fruit. A delightful combination of organic blueberry juice, and wild blueberry and wild strawberry liqueur, topped up with sparkling wine, it's a glass of effervescent freshness and fragrance just perfect for spring.
