Summer Tasting Menu at Chapter One restautant...
The Summer is really here and with this balmy weather the team at Chapter One have created a Tasting Menu that encompasses all that's great this season. We are also offering a complimentary glass of Ruinart Brut Champagne for all Summer Tasting Menu diners who book before the 18th July (midnight).
A specially selected wine flight has also been created by the Chapter One Sommelier to complement each course. This six course tasting menu is priced at £57.95 per person and the wine flight is priced at an additional £25pp. Available for lunch, Monday to Friday and dinner, Sunday to Friday.

This August we will be celebrating the Glorious 12th when we see the start of the Grouse season. We will bringing a creative Grouse menu to the Chapter One Brasserie where you will be able to enjoy this seasonal bird. We will be in touch with the full details later this month...

~ Cocktail Masterclass ~
In September will be hosting one of our ever popular Cocktail Masterclasses. These classes are an informal evening where you will learn the art of mastering various classic and contemporary cocktails with our bar staff team.
~ Apple Tarte Tatin Masterclass ~
We will also be holding a dedicated masterclass to learn the art of making the infamous Apple Tarte Tatin. With apples perfectly in season our Chef Patron, Andrew McLeish will teach you the tips and tricks to create this classic signature dessert.
