GREAT TERROIRS OF FRANCE – “LOIRE VALLEY & ITS VILLAGES”
The next wine tasting club comes to you on 11th May 2015 at 6.30pm and features wines from Domaine Cédrick Bardin from Sancerre & Pouilly-sur-Loire.
The Bardin family is based in the village of Pouilly sur Loire and their estate is composed of 10 hectares spread over both banks of the river. Cedrick Bardin is one of the leading producers of Pouilly Fumé and Sancerre and his classy Sauvignon Blancs are consistently excellent from one vintage to another and regularly win top awards in France.
On the evening you will get the chance to taste and chat about the wines with the family and taste some of Chef Patron Andrew McLeish’s food which will be matched to the wines.
The price for this exclusive event is inclusive of all the food and wine and you will also get the opportunity to purchase the wine at wine shop prices on the evening!
This is a rare opportunity to spend time with Andy McLeish in one of his Masterclasses. The evenings are informal yet informative and you will learn essential cooking skills and tips, as well as learning to cook a number of delicious recipes. Each class is followed by a three course meal paired with wine. Set in a relaxed atmosphere classes are interactive to ensure you get the most out of your course.
