Velouté of Jerusalem Artichokes
Roasted Baby globe artichokes, Romesco sauce, croustade of egg yolk and avocado purée
Chilled pear and mint Gyoza with white onion consommé, kohlrabi and herb oil
Feuilleté of white and green asparagus, pea purée and sautéed morel mushrooms
Compressed watermelon with a fennel granita
Valrhona chocolate soufflé with Grand Marnier ice cream

For a more informal dining experience, our special Brasserie Sharing Dish for National Vegetarian Week will be a delicious selection of hot and cold dishes.
Dine on fresh hummus, wild mushroom arancini, crudités, grilled sourdough, tzatziki, aubergine and Greek yoghurt. Perfect for sharing!

Whisky Tasting with Canapés
Discover the wonderful world of whisky at this special tasting event on Monday 13th May 2019 from 7pm.
Start the evening with a welcome cocktail in the Private Dining Room followed by a tasting of five premium Scottish single malts. A selection of canapés will be served.
Our whisky expert will tell you more about each blend making this a fun and informative evening.
