free range chicken & truffle galantine, pickled mushrooms, prune purée & hazelnut dressing

traditional roast black feathered turkey, chestnut stuffing, chipolatas, bacon, roast parsnips & turkey jus
line-caught sea bass with a mussel & saffron risotto
