To celebrate the start of the Grouse season (a gastronomic highlight in the foodie calendar), Chapter One has created a fitting Tasting Menu to celebrate this rich and wonderful game bird. We are also offering a complimentary glass of Pol Roger Brut Champagne (Winston Churchill’s favoured Champagne) for all Grouse Tasting Menu diners who book before the 12th August 2018.* All in the stunning surrounds of Chapter One restaurant in Kent.
Our Chapter One Sommelier has also created a wine flight to perfectly complement each course. This six course Grouse Tasting Menu is available for lunch and dinner (except Saturday evening and Sunday lunch).
