Visiting Chapter One
Planning your visit to Chapter One Restaurant or Brasserie.
At Chapter One we have a dress code which means gentlemen are not expected to wear a jacket and tie, jeans are fine as long as they are smart and shorts must be tailored. No sportswear allowed.
Please take time to read our reservations policy before making a reservation.
A certain proportion of our tables are sold twice. Please note there is a return time of 2 hours and 15 minutes on dinner tables booked before 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday evenings and on lunch tables booked before 12.30pm on Sundays.
Please note that all bookings of 6 or more will require card details. Special Menu days (i.e. Valentines, Boxing Day) also require card details for all bookings up to 8 people, tables of 9 or more will require a deposit of £20.00 per person.
In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hour’s notice a cancellation fee of £20 per person will be charged to the card or the deposit redeemed.
Please note: Booking terms and conditions for key dates are subject to change and will be released closer to the date. For more information please contact the restaurant directly. These include Gourmet Evenings, Cookery Courses, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.
Chapter One Restaurant accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items left in its care or whilst in possession with the guest, unless it is due to negligence on the part of Chapter One Restaurant.

How to find and direction to Chapter One restaurant in Kent.
TRAVELLING BY CAR
Chapter One is easily accessible by car and is located at the junction of the A21 and the A232. We are approximately 3.5 miles from junction 4 of the M25 and nine miles from Croydon, South London.
TRAVELLING FROM M25
Exit junction 4 of the M25 (Farnborough Exit – after the M26 junction if coming anti-clockwise). On exiting the motorway follow signs for Farnborough A21 (Sevenoaks Road) – this will take you through Pratts Bottom. Staying on the A21 you will head through Farnborough (avoiding the High Street) and enter Locksbottom. As you approach Chapter One – the Princess Royal Hospital will be on your right and you will turn left into the Chapter One car park.
