Your evening begins at 7:00 pm with a glass of Champagne and a selection of delicate seasonal appetisers, highlighting fresh ingredients sourced from trusted regional growers. These will be served in our stylish, award-winning brasserie and all-weather terrace, perfectly accompanied by live acoustic music until 8:00 pm.
Following the sparkling reception, a bespoke modern European tasting menu crafted by Chef Patron Andrew McLeish will be served in the elegant main dining room. After dinner, we warmly invite you to savour handmade petits fours and celebrate on the dance floor with our live DJ until 1:00 am.
