New Year’s Eve at Chapter One
Your evening begins at 7:00pm with a glass of Champagne and a selection of delicate seasonal canapés. These will be served in our stylish, award-winning brasserie and all-weather terrace, perfectly accompanied by live music until 8:00pm.
Following the sparkling reception, a specially curated modern European tasting menu by Chef Patron Andrew McLeish will be served in the elegant main dining room between 8:00pm and 10:30pm. Afterwards, we invite you to savour sweet nibbles and celebrate on the dance floor with our live DJ until 1:00am.
