GOOD FRIDAY TASTING MENU – 2015
We’re kicking off the Easter celebrations with a fish-themed feast for foodies. Irresistible temptations include a wonderfully piquant bouillabaisse, sublime treacle-cured salmon, divine deep-fried herring melt with risotto and delicious line-caught wild sea bass. Six courses plus coffee and petits fours (available for dinner only). You can also add a glass of perfectly matched wine with each course for an additional price.
LAMB – AN EASTER CLASSIC – 2015
Our Easter Weekend special features a great British favourite – roast saddle of lamb. We’ve partnered it with another seasonal delicacy, flavoursome English asparagus, not to mention some exquisite morel mushrooms to add to the attraction. Bring the family for a superb lunch or dinner experience and enjoy this seasonal dish.
