We are thrilled to unveil our new programme of cookery masterclasses for 2016. Chef Patron Andrew McLeish has meticulously curated a series of hands-on events, introducing exceptional new sessions to our repertoire. Highlights include mastering the art of the perfect traditional raised game pie and a dedicated workshop on perfecting professional kitchen knife skills.
Our next masterclass, Sustainable Fish and Preparation, takes place on the 15th of March 2016. The session features an insightful talk by Keith Chapman, a renowned local fishmonger, followed by expert tuition in essential fish filleting techniques and guidance on preparing an exquisite starter and main course. Priced at £100 per person, the experience concludes with a beautifully prepared three-course meal thoughtfully paired with fine wines. This is a unique opportunity to learn the tricks of the trade directly from a culinary master.
