Chapter One was honored to participate in the prestigious ‘Taste of London’ festival in Regent’s Park alongside the capital’s leading culinary figures. As the sole representative from the region, our brigade showcased four signature dishes created by Andrew McLeish, highlighting peak local Kentish produce to thousands of enthusiastic food lovers.
Chef Patron Andrew McLeish also took to the main demonstration stage, captivating the audience with his masterly butchery skills and demonstrating how to prepare exquisite seasonal venison using various prime cuts.
