Our brigade was deeply honoured to participate in the prestigious ‘Taste of London’ festival in Regent’s Park, standing alongside the capital’s leading culinary figures. As the sole representative from our region, the kitchen showcased four signature dishes created by Andrew McLeish, bringing the vibrant flavours of peak Kentish produce to thousands of enthusiastic food lovers.

Chef Patron Andrew McLeish also took to the main demonstration stage, captivating the audience with his masterful butchery skills. He demonstrated the intricate preparation of exquisite seasonal venison, expertly utilising prime cuts sourced from trusted specialist estates.
