INGREDIENTS
5 fresh strawberries
20ml premium London Dry Gin
20ml Campari or Aperol
20ml freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
20ml refined dessert wine
1 soup spoon of caster sugar
METHOD
Gently muddle the fresh strawberries with the caster sugar in a professional cocktail shaker (you may omit the sugar if the fruit is naturally very sweet). Add the gin, Campari or Aperol, freshly squeezed citrus juice, and dessert wine. Fill the shaker generously with ice, shake vigorously until well-chilled, and fine-strain into an elegant, chilled coupe or martini glass.
