5 Strawberries
20ml Gin
20ml Campari/Aperol
20ml Lime/lemon Juice
20ml dessert wine
Soup spoon caster sugar
Method
Gently muddle the strawberries with the caster sugar in a cocktail shaker (you may omit the sugar if the strawberries are naturally very sweet). Add the gin, Campari or Aperol, fresh lime or lemon juice, and dessert wine. Fill the shaker with ice, shake vigorously until well-chilled, and fine-strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass to serve.
