This exclusive four-course dinner celebrates the launch of Patience, Squerryes’ prestige vintage cuvée. Produced only in exceptional years and released after extended ageing, Patience is a wine created with remarkable care, patience and purpose.
300 Years of Winemaking History
Only 3,000 bottles of the inaugural Patience 2014 have been produced, making this a rare opportunity to experience one of England’s most exclusive sparkling wines.

The evening begins with a glass of Squerryes Brut on arrival before four seasonal courses, each thoughtfully paired with wines that tell the story of the estate. Alongside the new release of Patience, you’ll also enjoy carefully selected French wines from France’s finest regions, reflecting the icon Patience Warde’s historic connection with the wines of France.
