Join us at Chapter One for a very special evening celebrating one of England’s most distinguished sparkling wine producers, Nyetimber.

On Wednesday 7 October, we’ll be hosting an exclusive Nyetimber Wine Dinner, bringing together six courses from the Chapter One kitchen with a selection of exceptional Nyetimber sparkling wines.
The evening begins at 6.30pm with a Gin & Tonic reception, before guests sit down to a six-course tasting menu.
Each savoury course has been carefully paired with a different Nyetimber wine, taking you through the breadth of their sparkling range – from the signature Classic Cuvée to the prestigious 1086.
For the final course, we’ll move from English sparkling wine to whisky, pairing dark chocolate and salted caramel with a dram from The Lakes Distillery.
