Hosted by award-winning Chef Patron Andrew McLeish, this exclusive Nyetimber Wine Dinner at Chapter One in Locksbottom pairs England’s premier sparkling wines with a bespoke six-course tasting menu. Showcasing the finest regional ingredients sourced, the event offers an immersive exploration of modern European culinary excellence within the heart of Kent. Guests will experience a masterclass in flavour, marrying seasonal produce with prestigious vintages.

Nyetimber Sparkling Wines

On Wednesday 7 October, we invite you to an immersive culinary experience featuring a specially curated six-course menu paired with a selection of exceptional Nyetimber vintages.

The evening commences at 6:30 pm with an elegant gin and tonic reception, after which guests will be seated for a spectacular dining showcase.

Every savoury course—featuring premium ingredients supplied — has been carefully matched with a distinct wine, guiding you through the full breadth of the Nyetimber portfolio, from their signature Classic Cuvée to the prestigious 1086.

To conclude the gastronomic journey, we transition from English sparkling wine to an artisanal whisky, pairing a decadent dark chocolate and salted caramel creation with a warming dram from The Lakes Distillery.
