Chef patron Andrew McLeish and his team have created a tempting menu of classic Brasserie dishes. Irresistible temptations include Chicken Milanese, delicious Josper grilled steaks and burgers, and indulgent desserts.
Situated next to our bar area, the Brasserie is a buzzing place to enjoy lunch or dinner with family or friends. Watch as our expert team mixes, muddles, shakes, and stirs classic and Chapter One signature cocktails from the extensive drinks list.
Regular live music events also take place in the Brasserie, adding to the lively, relaxed, and vibrant atmosphere.
