Europe is known for its interesting wine regions and one such region goes by the name of Bulgaria – a small country with an ancient wine history, thought to be the most successful producer of wines amongst the Balkan countries.
One of the leading wineries in the country is Bratanov winery, a result of the hard work and dedication of a father and his sons who embarked on a mission to restore the family wine tradition after a break of 50 years. Their vineyards are located on the sunny hills of Sakar mountain in the very south of Bulgaria – highly regarded as one of the best terroirs in the country where they craft limited batches of wines by wild fermentation and low intervention.
Join us at our new wine club edition on Thursday 27th March when we will have our good friend Dilyan along with two very prominent ladies from the Bulgarian wine industry – Maria, head winemaker and Tanya, export and marketing manager of Bratanov winery, who will be looking forward to surprise you with their wines!
