We are delighted to welcome guest hosts Christian and Cathy Bonfils from the 50-hectare Domaine Boissan estate, situated near the picturesque hilltop village of Sablet in sun-kissed Provence. Domaine Boissan’s traditional red and white wines have garnered an outstanding international reputation for their remarkable finesse and elegance, making them the perfect centrepiece for our tasting evening.
To perfectly complement this exceptional wine flight, Chef Patron Andrew McLeish and his expert kitchen brigade will serve a curated selection of seasonal light bites, showcasing our signature modern European culinary style using ingredients sourced from trusted Kentish artisans. Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase these superb vintages at special cellar prices on the evening.
