We are delighted to welcome guest hosts Christian and Cathy Bonfils from the 50-hectare Domaine Boissan estate, situated near the picturesque hilltop village of Sablet in sun-kissed Provence. Domaine Boissan’s traditional red and white wines have garnered an outstanding reputation for their remarkable finesse and elegance.
To perfectly complement this exceptional wine flight, Chef Patron Andrew McLeish and his team will serve a selection of seasonal light bites, showcasing our signature modern European culinary style. Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase these superb wines at special cellar prices on the evening.
