Spring is beginning to stir, the days are stretching a little longer, and our kitchen is ready to welcome the season in the most delicious way possible.
Our First Gourmet Evening of 2026 at Chapter One Restaurant Kent
Join us on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 for Chapter One’s first Gourmet Evening of 2026.
An elegant early-March celebration of fresh peas, wild garlic, white asparagus, Cornish crab, morels, and Amalfi lemon – brought together in a menu that’s vibrant, comforting, and unmistakably seasonal. To compliment the experience, we are delighted to welcome Armit Wines, who will be presenting the wines for the evening.
From 6:30 pm – Begin your evening with canapés, fresh oysters, and a glass of Champagne, served in the Brasserie and Terrace area accompanied by live music. Followed by a delicious 6-course Tasting Menu paired with an exciting wine flight selected by leading wine merchant Armit Wines. After dinner, relax with us and enjoy more live music.
