Join us in our elegant Locksbottom dining room for ‘A Taste of the States’ in partnership with Berkmann Wine Cellars on Thursday, 21st November at 6:30pm.
Your host, Andrew Meltzer – Brand Ambassador for American Wines – will take you across California and Oregon as we explore the West Coast’s varied landscapes and winemaking styles.
A selection of six wines will feature celebrated estates such as Ridge Vineyards and Domaine Drouhin Oregon, as well as the cult favourite, Cobb Wines, and America’s oldest premium winery, Chateau Beuna Vista.
These spectacular vintages will be perfectly paired with a selection of bespoke canapés, crafted by Chef Patron Andrew McLeish and our kitchen team to beautifully complement each wine’s distinct flavour profile.
Guests can enjoy crisp, high-altitude Riesling, a vibrant white Rhone blend, and Chardonnay produced with a Burgundian touch, followed by a cool-climate Pinot and emblematic California reds.
The line-up will showcase vineyards planted on exceptionally diverse terroirs, from ancient sea beds to limestone cliffs, volcanic remains, and fog-covered valleys.
