Savoury Brioche Swirls
For brioche dough:
250g bread flour
3 eggs room temp
7.5g fresh yeast
125g softened butter
Filling, choose from either:

20ml Lime/lemon Juice
20ml dessert wine
Soup spoon caster sugar
Muddle strawberries with sugar (only if strawberries are not sweet enough). Add all other ingredients, shake with ice and strain into a glass of your choice.
600g strong white flour
30g fresh yeast
75g olive oil
Rosemary and sea salt for the crust
Mix everything except the rosemary and sea salt together in a mixer on medium speed for 8 minutes.
